Hi, I’m Ely, a certified personal trainer based in Singapore.

My Story

I haven’t always been in shape, and I know what it’s like to feel stuck and frustrated.

After having my first child, I struggled with post-pregnancy weight gain and low energy. I tried quick fixes and fad diets, but nothing worked.

That’s when I decided to take control and study strength training and nutrition. Through science-based methods and consistent effort, I completely transformed my body and health — and my confidence soared.

This personal journey inspired me to become a trainer so I could help others experience the same transformation.

My mission is simple: to help you get stronger, leaner, and more confident through sustainable training and nutrition. I believe fitness should fit into your life, not take it over.
